Following the AI Systems Review, organisations proceed into one of two commercial engagement models.
Revenue Share — Joint Product
Upfront agreed-upon capital investment
Hand-selected engagements where the Systems Review reveals a specific opportunity to co-create a web or mobile product that fills a genuine gap in your domain. Products are designed to be scalable and operate largely autonomously over time.
Ground Effect takes 20–30% of net revenue. Revenue share percentage is determined by the level of capital invested by each party.
Co-Founding Partnership
Upfront agreed-upon capital investment
The highest level of partnership — building and co-owning a company or product. For founders and operators with strong domain insight who need a world-class technical partner at the frontier of what AI makes possible.
Ground Effect takes 25–40% equity, directly tied to capital invested. Governance, roles, and IP ownership are documented in a co-founder agreement prior to any build commencing.
